Scaling B2B SaaS is a marathon. Doing it while going AI-first is a gauntlet.

I’m a fractional product executive for martech and big data SaaS, with 30,000+ hours, $500M+ in revenue, two acquisitions and an IPO behind me. With my bench of seasoned operators, we don’t just suggest change. We execute it, closing the gap between your vision and the tactical reality.

The four root causes of stagnation

Scaling from $10M to $30M ARR is hard enough. Trying to 5X that growth while moving to an AI-first architecture is harder, and “AI transformation” on its own won’t get you there. When growth stalls, it’s almost always one of these four. We fix them with your team, not around them.

  • Innovation and tech debt

AI isn’t a plug-in. It’s a foundational shift. We prioritize refactoring legacy infrastructure so tech debt doesn’t become AI bankruptcy, and modernize your stack so AI strengthens your product instead of bloating it.

  • Leadership evolution

The hands-on founder model breaks around $10M ARR. We help founders move from doer to architect, with fractional leaders running product, engineering and go-to-market while your internal team levels up.

  • Operational communication

Silos and egos block growth. We get product, sales and engineering working together on AI implementation, so internal automation turns into customer value instead of internal friction.

  • Hardened processes

We define and document the machine behind your SaaS, from AI-augmented customer onboarding to automated licensing, and build the repeatable playbooks that make you an attractive acquisition target.

Three ways to work together

We can work in your business, on your business or about your business. Each puts us at a different distance from your day-to-day, so choose the one that fits what you need now. Many clients move between them over time.

In the business

Fractional Product Leader

Two days a week, embedded with your team

We lead product execution or a platform migration, set priorities, and build the habits that keep your company customer-centric and churn low. AI gets built into how your product team researches, plans and ships.

On the business

Product Optimization

One day a week, across teams

We assess how you build, launch and support your product, then put the roadmap process and playbooks in place so your teams work from the same plan, with AI and automation taking out manual work wherever it pays off.

About the business

Advisement Retainer

Ten hours a month, cancel anytime

Working sessions with your executives to unblock product, pricing and operating decisions, including where AI belongs in your strategy and where it doesn’t, with clear recommendations you can act on.

Compare the engagements

What changes when we’re in the room

Two recent engagements. Clients stay with us for two and a half years on average, so the work goes past recommendations into results.

Media monitoring SaaS, $20M+ ARR

From closed deal to customer login, automatically

Before
Every step from a signed deal to a working account was manual: someone had to set up the account, configure the package and send the welcome.
What we did
With me as fractional head of product, we built a deal-to-provision flow that sets up each account automatically based on the package sold.
Result
Revenue leakage was eliminated due to automated provisioning, renewal and removing sales rep "giveaway" behaviors. We unlocked aggregated reporting of accounts.

B2B SaaS company

From feature factory to a story customers care about

Before
The roadmap was a feature factory, and every message explained how features worked, click by click. The company had also gone so far into product-led growth, down to buying on the website, that customers who needed help had no one to call.
What we did
We spent a quarter measuring the value customers actually got, then rebuilt the story around the problems the product solves. That reshaped the website and go-to-market, launched a customer newsletter and webinar series, and found a middle ground between self-serve and human help.
Result
Churn dropped by 7%.

From bootstrapped to two acquisitions and an IPO

I co-founded and scaled a SaaS company to acquisition, then led product as a CPO through two more acquisitions. Today I bring that experience into growth-stage teams. Clients stay an average of two and a half years, and many still call when something big comes up.

  • 30,000+hours leading B2B SaaS product, customer success and go-to-market
  • $500Min revenue under my watch
  • 2.5 yearsaverage client relationship

“Erica was a valuable consulting resource during a major redesign and go-to-market launch. She is a perfect balance of strategy and execution and not afraid to roll up her sleeves to get things done.”

Let’s move from modernization to market leadership.
